Rules EnforcementThere is no management staff available to visit the courts to witness or resolve disputes or violations. A violation of court rules, including but not limited to “no shows” or the minimum resident requirement, can be reported to management if the witness submits a signed
Complaint Form, providing the name of the person who made the reservation and details. The Association will not enforce court etiquette.
– First and Second violation of any rule: management to call or email with a reminder and warning.
– The third violation of any rule within one year of the previous violation may result in suspending Reserve My Court access for 30 days.
– Fourth violation of any rule within one year of previous violation: Suspension of Reserve My Court and Card Access to the pickleball courts for 90 days, or a length of time determined by the BOD.
Plans for Tennis Court 6The Board is seeking resident volunteers to serve on an Ad-hoc Working Group in 2024 to explore the current and best use of Stadium Tennis Court #6. The group will likely meet 1-2 times per month throughout most of the year. For more information, click the link

The Board will endeavor to select residents with varied interests and preferences concerning the use of Court 6, to facilitate balanced discussion and return a fair recommendation. Members will be chosen at the January 25, 2024, regular open session meeting.
