Production and Custom Home Application Process
Posted on Jan 16, 2025

The ARC committees are appointed by the board. The Custom ARC and the Production ARC committees each have 5 volunteer committee members who review each application that is submitted.

Homeowners must obtain the ARC’s approval in writing before commencing any work, construction or changes to the exterior of their home or lot including landscaping and painting. Failure to obtain ARC approval before installation may create undue hardship on the homeowner.

Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
