Las Sendas

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Meet the Las Sendas Community Association Board of Directors. Made up of your neighbors, these volunteers work with resident committee members and our management team to achieve our community's mission and vision.

Tony Reid
Tony Reid, President

Tony lived in Arizona for 20 years before moving to Florida in 2002. He moved back in 2010 and into Las Sendas in 2015. Tony attended ASU for his undergraduate degree and Washington University in St. Louis for graduate school. He began his career in banking but shifted to management consulting, where he spent over 30 years. After working for several large consulting firms, Tony finished his career as a Global Practice Leader and Partner at Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services firm. His clients included companies such as Apple, Uber, DuPont, United Technologies, Chevron, Bank of NY Mellon, and others. Since retiring in 2019, Tony has been focused on running and growing a real estate investment company that he started several years ago.

Tony has been married to his wife Linda for 38 years and together they have three grown children and three grandchildren. He enjoys playing pickleball, tennis, and golf as well as traveling. Additionally, Tony believes in giving back — especially to those that are less fortunate and to the disenfranchised. He and Linda started a charitable foundation in 2016 and have been active in providing funding and meeting the practical and emotional needs of those that need help.

Tony is honored and privileged to serve as a member of the Las Sendas Community Association Board of Directors. His background in business, finance, and consulting has helped him understand and provide input on many issues that regularly face the Board. He has a passion for strategic planning and would like to help this and future Las Sendas Boards stay focused on delivering quality outcomes for our community.

Residents should reach out to Tony if they are having any issues or concerns about the community landscaping or if there are general concerns that are financial in nature.
Kelly Intagliata
Kelly Intagliata, Vice President

As a Las Sendas Board Director, I desire to be continuously open to hearing residents’ viewpoints, concerns, and new ideas. In my observation, our community’s volunteer board and committee members are men and women dedicated to encouraging two-way communication, have a willingness to adapt and change, lead with honesty and fairness, and have the ability to ask for help from those who are more knowledgeable.

My 37-year career as a senior leader in public relations and marketing for healthcare systems and private universities has prepared me for my service with the Las Sendas Community Association (LSCA). The professional experiences that contribute to my work with the LSCA include brand development and image management; community and government relations; alumni and donor development; student recruitment; patient relations; senior leadership counsel in issues management and media relations; and the strategic integration of the full breadth of communication materials.

Prior community engagement includes chairing and serving on non-profit boards, including three chambers of commerce organizations, philanthropic clubs, a volunteer recruitment and service program hub, a performing arts center, a school district, a business district property owners’ alliance, senior adults’ program, and more.

We moved to Las Sendas in 2019 from Palos Verdes, California. My husband Tommy and I have two married daughters and two granddaughters. I have a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in health administration from the University of LaVerne.

As we cross paths, I encourage you to share with me what’s on your mind. I care about your Las Sendas experience and fully believe that together, our thoughts and actions will benefit our beloved Las Sendas community.

George Gutierrez
George Gutierrez, Director

George was born in Lima, Peru, and immigrated to the United States with his mother, grandmother, and two sisters. As a first-generation Peruvian-American, he strives to uphold the values taught by his mother: honesty, integrity, hard work, and assimilation.

George attended Cal State Northridge for two and a half years before meeting his beautiful and intelligent wife, Rhossio (they celebrate their 40th anniversary in 2022!). Soon after meeting his wife, George joined the United States Marine Corps and finished his undergraduate degree in business and accounting from National University. He then joined Michelin North America and has over 30 years of experience across disciplines and nations, including an expatriate assignment to Mexico.

Thanks to their amazing real estate agent Gerry Bush, George and his family moved to Las Sendas in 2015. George, his wife, and one daughter now live with him in our wonderful community. Another daughter and son reside in California with their families, including three of George's grandsons. Of course, the family is not complete without their pug, Gigi!

George is a lifelong learner and loves to read and listen to books, cook, work out as often as possible (as a result of his love for cooking and food), and enjoy time with his family. He is very grateful for the various opportunities he's been afforded in life and seeks to give back as much as he can. In addition to volunteering with the Las Sendas Board of Directors, George has served as a judge for the North Carolina Quality Leadership Foundation and as secretary for the South Carolina School Improvement Council. He currently chairs the Production Architectural Committee intending to maintain the beauty and quality of life that cemented his decision to make Las Sendas home.
