Gate Access Tips:
To enter the community, wait until the gate has completely stopped moving before entering your gate code. The keypad will not accept input while the gate is opening or closing. Before typing your code, make sure the display screen is clear and not scrolling text. If needed, press the keys firmly, as they may require a slightly harder touch to register.
Still need a gate access code, fob, or RFID Tag? Please fill out the Gate Access Form and return it to the Trailhead Office.
If you are expecting guests, they can use the directory on the call box to contact you. When your phone rings, press and hold 9 for three seconds to remotely open the gate for them.
For the security of the community, please do not write gate codes on the call boxes. Any gate code found written on a call box will be disabled.
If you continue to experience issues accessing the gates, please contact the Trailhead Office at 480.357.8780 for assistance.
