Whether you're building a new custom home or modifying an existing home or property, we'll help you access the right resources. Per the Las Sendas CC&Rs, exterior renovations must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval before work begins.

The Approval Process

Once your application is complete, the Architectural Review Committee will review your project and issue a written decision via email.

Submit Application

Submit the appropriate application and all required supporting documents.

ARC Review

The committee reviews your completed submission at the applicable meeting.

Decision Issued

A written decision is issued

via email within 30 days of receiving a complete application.

Begin Project

Work may begin once written approval has been received and all conditions have been met.
