Planning to build a custom home in Las Sendas? You're in the right place.

The custom home Architectural Review process includes several stages before construction can begin. Follow the steps below to review the applicable guidelines, understand the process and prepare your application for review.

Before You Begin

A Pre-Design Meeting is required before Preliminary Plans may be submitted.
Custom ARC meets the first and third Thursday of each month.
Completed submittals must be received at least two weeks prior to the applicable ARC meeting. Find upcoming meetings on the Community Calendar .

Review the Custom Home Guidelines

Start by reviewing the New Custom Home Construction Guidelines (Part I). They outline the design standards, site requirements, review procedures and construction requirements that apply to custom homes within Las Sendas.

Step 03

Complete Your Application and Submit It for ARC Review

Once you've reviewed the applicable guidelines and Procedural Outline, complete the New Custom Home Construction Application and gather the required supporting documents for Architectural Review Committee review.

Submit Application

Submit the appropriate application and all required supporting documents.

ARC Review

The committee reviews your completed submission at the applicable meeting.

Decision Issued

A written decision is issued via email within 30 days of receiving a complete application.

Begin Project

Work may begin once written approval has been received and all conditions have been met.
