We are an authentic Hawaiian BBQ food truck. We are originally from Hawaii and we serve our local favorites that we grew up with.

Flour and tomatoes imported from Italy, fresh mozzarella, seasonal vegetables, thin crust. Ninety seconds at 750 degrees inside the dome, and the wood does the rest.
