Looking to make a change to your home's exterior, including your front or back yard? You're in the right place.
Per the Las Sendas CC&Rs, exterior renovations must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval before work begins. Follow the steps below to find the guidelines, application and supporting requirements for your project.
Before You Begin
- Completed applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the next ARC meeting. Find an upcoming meeting on the Community Calendar .
- The ARC will respond via email within 30 days after receipt of a completed submittal.
- Approval is valid for 6 months unless otherwise approved by the ARC.
- After 6 months, review the current guidelines for changes and resubmit for ARC approval.
- Homeowners are responsible for confirming that approval has been received before beginning any submitted project.

Step 02
Select Your Project Application
Select your project type to find the correct application and supporting requirements.
Step 03
Complete Your Application and Submit It for ARC Review
Once you've reviewed the applicable guidelines and completed the correct application, submit your application and required supporting documents for Architectural Review Committee review.

Submit Application
Submit the appropriate application and all required supporting documents.

ARC Review
The committee reviews your completed submission at the applicable meeting.

Decision Issued
A written decision is issued via email within 30 days of receiving a complete application.

Begin Project
Work may begin once written approval has been received and all conditions have been met.
Approval is valid for 6 months unless otherwise approved by the ARC. If work has not begun within that period, review the current guidelines and resubmit as required.
