MANAGEMENT TEAM

 

Christal is an Arizona native and grew up in Scottsdale. She has over 15 years as a Community Manager in the homeowners association management industry and has been with CCMC for eight years. Previously a portfolio manager, Christal has experience with single-family home, condominium, and commercial associations. She holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager designation from the Arizona Association of Community Managers and the CMCA designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.

Christal leads the rest of our on-site management team, assists our Board with fulfilling their annual goals and long-term strategic plan, supports our daily business operations, and assists our audit and finance committees. When she’s not at Las Sendas, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their boys, hiking, floating on a lake, or country swing dancing.

Gina grew up in New Jersey but now calls Las Sendas home. She brings over 25 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry to Las Sendas. Gina is a certified Pilates instructor, an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Beat Boss cycle instructor, STW-certified fascial stretch therapist, and restorative posture and post-rehab specialist. As director of fitness programming and spa services and the lead instructor at the Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center, Gina wants you to learn the deep connections you have to your body's movement and the effect it has on living your best life.

Robert was born in Seattle and spent much of his youth on the beautiful waters of Puget Sound, scuba diving, fishing and sailing. He eventually served as a police officer and paramedic in Washington for ten years. in 2005, Robert traded the coastal waters of the Emerald City for the warmth of the Valley and moved to Arizona. He continued his law enforcement career serving with the United States Department of State and the United Nations in specialized assignments across the world, which included anti-terrorism, close protection, tactical paramedic, and hostage survival school instructor.

Dustin was born and raised in Arizona, and has three handsome boys at home. He worked at a large 55+ community in Chandler for about seven years prior to this position. So far, he loves this community and is looking forward to spending a long time here.

 

Calee was born in Florida and lived in California and Washington before returning to Florida where she attended Miami Dade and Barry University. Calee has experience in sales and marketing in the insurance and telecommunications industries. After moving to Arizona, she worked for CCMC for three years before accepting a compliance position at Las Sendas when it was still self-managed. Calee has been at Las Sendas for more than ten years. Outside of work, she enjoys interior decorating, mosaics, batik, reading, and traveling.

Kimberly was born in Illinois but grew up in Northern Indiana before moving to Southern Ohio where she lived for 36 years. she has over 21 years experience working in county and city government, victim services, and over four years experience working in planning and design review. Kimberly made the move to Arizona in May of 2022 and is enjoying all the beauty and outdoor activities Arizona has to offer. She is a proud mother of four children and six grandchildren. She is excited to be apart of the team and to get to know the residents of Las Sendas.

Maureen was born in Florida and grew up in Massachusetts. She moved to Arizona in 2020 with her husband and children. Maureen has spent the majority of her career in Corporate Education, Corporate Management and sales. 

 

Maureen supports most aspects of the front office administration and guest services. When not at Las Sendas, Maureen enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, entertaining, arts & crafts, antiquing and competitive shooting.

Mike has fifteen years of experience in the community management and parks and recreation field, having worked for municipal and private organizations overseeing facilities, special events and special interest programming.  He holds a Master’s in Administration from Northern Arizona University, the CPRE designation from the National Recreation and Park Association and the CMCA designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.  

 

Outside of work, Mike enjoys golf, hiking and camping with his family.

Melody is an award-winning radio journalist, who has worked at several radio and TV stations in the Phoenix area. She’s now using her skills for social media, website articles and newsletters. Melody’s family is from Michigan but she grew up in the valley. She attended Arizona State University and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. In her free time, she enjoys various activities with family and friends.
