Collene Cordova, Design Review Coordinator
Collene was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. She graduated from Ray College of Design in Chicago with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. After many moves to different states, including Florida, California, and Virginia, Collene's family settled in Bellevue, Washington where she raised her two boys. She worked for the developer of the Issaquah Highlands, an urban, master-planned community 20 minutes outside of Seattle. Once the Community was turned over to the association, Collene obtained her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification and has worked in accounts receivable, compliance, and most recently with architectural design review here at Las Sendas.
Since relocating to sunny Arizona in 2017, Collene has embraced the desert lifestyle and still marvels at the magnificent sunsets. She thought nothing could beat a sunset over the Olympic Mountains but now admits she was wrong. In her free time, Collene enjoys "treasure hunting" at local thrift stores, baking, cooking "new recipes" for her family and close friends, and game nights (Scrabble is her favorite).
You can contact Collene with any questions you have about the architectural design review process — whether it's as simple as painting your home or as complex as building a custom home, Collene is here to help.
